Seth is a licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer with over 13 years of experience in facility design, operations, maintenance, and project management, with specialized expertise in mechanical and plumbing systems. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University in 2012, he built a well rounded career focused on not only designing systems but also leading projects from concept to completion and ensuring facilities operate reliably over time. His hands-on experience maintaining and operating complex facilities gives him a practical, real-world perspective that informs every technical decision.

Seth is guided by his faith, integrity, and vision, which form the foundation for building valuable partnerships and providing dependable engineering solutions. As the cofounder of TAPS Engineering, he brings leadership grounded in clear communication, accountability, and a commitment to client success. He actively guides project teams, cultivates strong client relationships, and ensures engineering solutions align with both technical requirements and business objectives. Inspired by a lifelong passion for problem solving that began with building Legos as a child, Seth approaches every project with curiosity, care, and a dedication to delivering lasting results.
